COLOUR Intense straw yellow.
BOUQUET On the nose, it is fruity and floral
TASTE On the palate, ripe pear, acacia and citrus are elegant, with a distinctive mouth watering finish. Balanced and fresh, it has a persistent finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fish salad, pasta dishes with shellfish, or grilled fish.
