PRODUCTION thermo-controlled maceration at 26°C with further maceration of marcs after alcoholic fermentation. Refinement in big barrels for about 18 months, followed by a further refinement in stainless steel for 9 months.
COLOUR Intense red wine with garnet hints.
BOUQUET Notes of mature red berries, dried figs, black cherries preserved in alcohol and vanilla aromas.
TASTE On the palate it is structured, smooth and elegant with a fruity flavour mitigated by sweet and aromatic notes of cloves and black pepper.
