PRODUCTION: maceration at controlled temperature of 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, a part is aged in French tonneau for at least 3 months.
COLOUR: deep red color with purple hints
BOUQUET: Intense bouquet with floral and fruity notes.
TASTE: Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a pleasant red berry flavor.
Perfect with pasta, cheese and pizza.
