PRODUCTION Short cryo-maceration of the skin through soft press. Thermocontrolled fermentation at 15°C, interrupted at 12,5% vol. Aged in stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees through injection of carbon dioxide

COLOUR Pale pink color, tending to violet. Pleasant, elegant, slightly sparkling

BOUQUET On the nose, fresh fruits and white flowers aromas

TASTE  On the palate, it shows up with liveliness

 

Ideal with starters, light dishes and cheese
